NLP - Hypnosis and Coaching

In this session, I introduced NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming at a high level. There are many topics for NLP. Our trainings usually take 2 weeks and longer to master these topics but you will be introduced to these and specific techniques through out these sessions. 

Some topics may repeat at certain times and that is by design.  Repetition helps cement certain topics in our minds. 

This week, it is exciting to know that we can change anything we chose to about our thoughts & beliefs. Our Thoughts drive our behaviors 

Our Thoughts have POWER! Some of our thoughts are subconscious. Our thoughts are always emitting energies! So if you think about what you "think" about or what occupies your mind most of the time, you can see what you are emitting to the universe. 

It is a great time to NOTICE:

  • What you think about throughout the day and week?
  • What do you spend your time talking most about?
  • What you say to yourself? 
  • What you say to others?
  • What behaviors do you want to change or implement?
  • What patterns or habits have you noticed about yourself that may be blocking you from achieving your goals and dreams?
