Coaching Week - 4
Law of Attraction

Welcome to Week 4. 
We are going to learn about Law of Attraction.  This concept of RESONATING with "things" so you can experience or manifest them into your life has been around for a very long time. But how do you ensure you resonate with the things you want to achieve?

We are manifesting at all times. Sometimes we don't want to believe it because challenging things happen to us that seems to be out of our control but in reality, it is our choices that put us into that situation. The minute we take responsibility of our current manifestations, the minute we own our own powers. We start to take control of our lives and start to consciously manifest the things we want in our lives. 

You should have your writings flowing through you and for some it may be complete. 
We are learning about different ways we are going to use to ensure we can achieve our goals. 
Once you outline your desires, we will be able to look at why you may not be achieving or manifesting them currently. 
Once we know these (Patterns, limiting beliefs etc) - we can choose the right tool to transform them into beneficial tools 

MY LOA RECIPE 

  1.  DESIRE/THOUGHT
  2. INTENTION. - Check ->Is it FEAR BASED - AWAY FROM or  is it PLEASURE SEEKING?
  3.  SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEFS
  4. BELIEFS/VALUES
  5. COHERENCE/ALIGNMENT  - Mind, Body and Spirit CoHerence = Alignment
  6. RAS/FOCUS
  7. GRATITUDE

SO HOW DO I CHANGE THINGS? 

  1. 1- NOTICE - BECOME AWARE
  2. ACKNOWLEDGE 
  3. OUTLINE WHAT YOU WANT INSTEAD -  What do you THINK needs to change & challenge yourself
  4. MAKE CONSCIOUS EFFORT - keep what you want in your awareness, repetition pays off, catch yourself..
  5. PRACTICE/REPEAT.. THESE PROCESSES - repetition will help cement the process, repeat, Go after what youw ant, use goal boards, notice and seek positive, pleasure driven goals. 
  6. JOURNAL OR RECORD. - Outline as you discover. Write your journey to show yourself how powerful you are. Notice when you slip and take action to correct it. 
  7. BE GRATEFUL - ASK FOR SIGNS AND SUPPORT - Notice the synchonicities. 

EXERCISES FOR YOU

  1. Write out what beliefs your parents installed on you that are still strong in you
  2. Are these empowering you currently?
  3. Look at what you have in your life and what you desire - what is working for you and what needs change
  4. Are there any other authority figures that have instilled other beliefs, values for you?
  5. Outline Your Current Challenges
  6. Outline your Current Life Perspective:
    1. How do you View Life?
    2. How do you See yourself?
    3. How do you feel about yourself?
    4. How do you think others see you ( Partner, family, Friends, coworkers etc) 
    5. Is this what you want them to know or feel about you? 
    6. Why is this important?
  7. Outline Your Current FEARS - 
    1. What do YOU fear?
    2. WHY do you fear it?
    3. What if it HAPPENED?
    4. What would happen if you did NOT Fear it?
    5. Where does this fear reside? Do you have specific picture/image/video of the fear?
    6. How does it influence you? Is it beneficial or limiting?
    7. Can you LINK it to your current manifestations or lack thereof?
  8. LOVE:  
    1. What makes you happy?
    2. WHY does that make you happy? How Specifically?
    3. How do you define Love? 
    4. How do you define TRUE love?
    5. What are your beliefs about Love?
  9. HEALTH
    1. How beliefs, thoughts or patterns do you notice when it comes to your health?
    2. Do you believe your thoughts, mind influence your body? How does it for you?
    3. Why do you exercise?
    4. Why do you take supplements?
    5. Why do you have the eating habits you do?
    6. Do you think you have any beliefs that impact your health negatively?
    7. What you feel about your Health currently?
    8. What beliefs, thoughts do you think you need to change?
  10. WEALTH
    1. What does Wealth mean to you?
    2. What images do you see when you hear wealth?
    3. How will being Wealthy change YOU?
    4. Can you create a clear visual of you being Wealthy? Does it resonate?
    5. Can you pretend to feel those feelings now?
    6. What beliefs, thoughts do you think you need to implement or change?
  11. LOA -
    1. Outline what is working for you successfully right now - what are you manifesting in your life that you are happy with?
    2. Outline things you know you would like to change, integrate into your desired manifestations
    3. Outline any CONFLICTS you may feel - we will deal these specifically! 
  12. Take a day break and then Re-read your answers. 
  13. Outline/Highlight what you notice with what you have written ( Can you notice beliefs, limiting beliefs, fears, motivation directions ( away from/fear based vs pleasure based) in your writings. 
  14. Keep on writing / recording your progress 🙂
