EMF: Cell Tower Revenue breakdown

There is a one time fee and recurring fee and I am not 100% if this breakdown is for both or just one. The % also can change, as I was told, it really depends on the negotiations. As you probably saw from my other posts, some schools have 2-3 cell towers instead of just 1 so I am sure the breakdown is a bit different but for the calculation purposes, let’s just assume these numbers.

My husband and I were part of passionate parents concerned over cell tower at Crossfield Elementary school in Herndon VA. I know other parents have concerns over cell phones and potential impacts. Of course, the DESIRE for faster and better Technology seems to pass the impacts on Health.
